CCF Immersion Weekend Scholarship Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Provide documents that support proof of income at least 2 weeks before the workshop start date

• If awarded a scholarship and choose to accept it, pay the remaining balance of $50 at least 2 days prior to the Immersion Weekend workshop start date

What should I expect if I apply?

At least 1 week prior to the Immersion Weekend start date, you will be notified by email whether or not you are being awarded with a scholarship or not.

In order to accept the scholarship, you register for the Immersion Weekend and pay the remaining balance of $50 at least 2 days before the Immersion Weekend start date. We can walk you through how to register!

If you choose not to accept the scholarship, then you can always reapply for a future Immersion Weekend.

Cancellation Policy:

Once registered for the Immersion Weekend, the cancellation policy is the same as COR’s cancellation policy.

CCF Staffing Scholarship Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Complete and submit an application at least 10 weeks before the workshop start date

• Provide documents that support proof of income at least 10 weeks before the workshop start date

• Submit payment of $97* for the Staffing Scholarship Deposit at least 10 weeks before the workshop start date

• If awarded a scholarship and choose to accept it, pay remaining balance at least 7 weeks before the workshop start date (if there is any remaining balance after being awarded a scholarship amount)

What should I expect if I apply?

8 weeks prior to the workshop start date, you will be notified by email whether or not you are being awarded with a scholarship and if so, the amount of the scholarship.

By 7 weeks before workshop start date, you must accept or decline your award by sending us an email and by submitting any required payment for your remaining balance. If you decline the award by 7 weeks before the workshop start, your deposit will be refunded or can be transferred to another COR workshop within one year (see Scholarship Deposit Cancellation Policy below for more information). If you cancel your participation or decline your scholarship after 7 weeks before the workshop start date, your deposit will not be refunded.

First-time staffing? Please note that in addition to participating in some of the exercises, you will also be responsible for specific jobs or tasks before, during, and after the workshop (to be assigned later).

Staffing Scholarship Deposit Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 7 weeks or more prior to the workshop start date:

Your deposit of $97 and any other payments you have made by this time are refundable or can be transferred to another COR workshop of the same kind within one year of the workshop date for which you originally registered. Your written request for a refund or transfer must be received by us 4 weeks or more prior to the workshop start date.

Cancellation less than 7 weeks prior to the workshop date, and once the workshop has started:

No refund or transfer.
